Human fascination about the livability of Mars has always been at people’s collective curiosity.
This thought has been in scientist’s mind ever since the discovery of our sister planet, Mars. Decades have passed and the steps society have taken to reach that dream has advanced.
Leading this dream is Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (better known in business as SpaceX), a private American aerospace manufacturer and space transportation services company. They exist foremost to make the transport to Mars and its possible colonization a reality.
Their latest project, an update on their Big Falcon Rocket spacecraft called ‘Starship Super Heavy’ is expected to test launch and hopefully succeed an orbit in the next 6 months.
CEO Elon Musk shared his excitement of the nearing possibility of space transportation stating that they’ve even enlisted Japanese billionaire entrepreneur Yusaku Maezawa as its first private citizen passenger. However, the spacecraft itself has yet to be built and is still in its early stages of development.
