capital increase through third-party allotment We implemented a capital increase through third-party allotment of 10 million yen for the purpose of developing “ePS” and strengthening the team structure. In the wake of the event TORYUMON held in Fukuoka on October 6, 2018, guest speakers of the event, Kazuma Ieiri and Osamu Ogasawara, and F Ventures, the intern of our representative Yoshimura, totaled 10 million yen.
