Robotics is something prolific in the 21st century. It has helped industries advance while being a complete profitable industry in itself. It is of course no wonder that robotics have garnered some audience-fans consisting of students, consumers, and academics alike. With that, events for the upcoming year 2020 might interest robotics fan and aspirants alike.
The first being The International Conference on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence on the 17th and 18th of February 2020. The event would be held in Paris, France with the theme of “Probing Innovations- Opportunities in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence”. Not bad for the first robotic event of the year.
The next event is The Global Robot Expo 2020 on April 1 and 2 at the IFEMA in Madrid, Spain. This event is said to be a business-to-business international exhibition that focuses primarily on innovation and related tech.
Then on the 1th and 17th of September, we head on to Santa Clara, California for the annual RoboBusiness Conference. An event that started in 2005, this event is one of the most anticipated robotics event every year. Robotics professionals are the target audience for this particular event which focuses on robotics development and manufacturing.
On October 5th The SRS Robothon would be held at the Seattle Center in Seattle. This is a free-to-the-public event and is sponsored by the Seattle Center Armory. Unlike the other events, this event primarily caters to amateurs who wish to showcase their indie robotics creation.
The World Robot Summit is the next must see event. Also an annual event, this is scheduled between the 20th and 22nd of August and the 8th and 11th of October in Aichi and Fukishima. Industrial, service, and disaster robotics are the usual showcased robots in the convention.
Second to the last is the International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems temporarily scheduled on the 24th and 30th of October in Las Vegas. No concrete theme has been announced but the convention usually features the most out-of-the-box ideas in robotics.
Lastly, is the International Conference on Computer-Human Interaction Research and Applications scheduled on the 5th and 6th of November.

Regular Paper Submission: May 19, 2020.
Regular Paper Authors Notification: July 17, 2020.
Regular Paper Camera Ready and Registration: July 31, 2020.

Adaptive and Intelligent Systems.
