Aquariums are secretly gaining popularity as an adult hobby.
It is known that it can be expected to have a relaxing effect by relieving stress and tension, and is also used overseas for the prevention and alleviation of dementia.
The problem that many aquarists are worried about is that aquariums are cumbersome and laborious to maintain. If you don’t clean it regularly, the whole glass will be covered with green algae and the scenery will be bad.
Therefore, I would like to introduce “MOAI”, a robot that automatically cleans without hassle and is convenient for taking pictures and videos.
MOAI
MOAI is equipped with a cleaning pad, which sticks to the glass surface of the aquarium from both the front and back sides with the power of a magnet, and can be cleaned while moving.
It has a wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) communication function and can be operated from a dedicated app, making it possible to take pictures and videos.

When the battery is low or cleaning is complete, it will return to the home base and automatically dock and start charging.

Using the ultrasonic sensor mounted on MOAI, you can avoid obstacles in the aquarium such as sand and clean it, and MOAI efficiently cleans the aquarium so that it will not pass through the once cleaned route again.
It is also possible to specify the location to be cleaned in the aquarium from the dedicated app.
The following is a long-exposure photograph of the trajectory of MOAI, which shows that it is being cleaned efficiently.

If you have a user who thinks that maintenance of the aquarium is troublesome, please introduce it.
